I stayed in the Classic Building, and the lobby was super elegant and grand—felt like I was walking into a fancy mansion.

Facilities Overview

This hotel has a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible:

Zen Pool & Classic Pool

There are two outdoor swimming pools at this retreat, located in the Zen Building and the Classic Building. Guests can use both pools, regardless of which building they are staying in. Both pools are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The pool at the Zen Building incorporates Japanese design elements like wood and hedges, creating a classic Zen ambiance. Its proximity to the restaurant adds convenience, and in the evenings, there’s a bar service, allowing guests to enjoy a drink while taking a swim.

The pool at the Classic Building boasts a European style, featuring statues of goddesses. This artistic touch creates an ambiance reminiscent of a European palace garden.

Although the hotel isn’t situated by the sea, the pool facilities are more than sufficient to meet your vacation needs. The main pool has a depth of 1.4 meters, and there’s a special children’s pool with a depth of 0.6 meters, making it very family-friendly. Additionally, there are bathrooms and shower areas by the pool, allowing guests to rinse off before heading back to their rooms.

Gym & Sauna

For those who want to maintain their fitness routine while on vacation, the gym and sauna are conveniently located on the first floor of the Classic Building. They are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. At the entrance, you’ll find complimentary drinking water to help you stay hydrated after your workout.

The gym overlooks the pool, allowing you to keep an eye on your kids while they play safely in the water. It is well-equipped with strength training equipment, treadmills, elliptical machines, and more. The spacious environment ensures a comfortable workout experience. After exercising, you can head straight to the sauna to unwind.

Children’s Outdoor Play Area

Situated on the lawn between the two buildings, the children’s outdoor play area feels like a mini park. It’s well-equipped with a variety of playground equipment, making it a true paradise designed especially for kids.

Room Types

The hotel primarily offers family rooms and double rooms, with options for double beds or twin beds. This ensures a comfortable stay whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple.

Each room features a private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs for relaxation, offering a stunning view of the cityscape.

Classic Grand Deluxe Twin Room

This time, I stayed in the Classic Grand Deluxe Twin Room. This spacious room combines elegance and modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. It features twin beds, perfect for family or friends traveling together, and offers a stunning view of the hotel’s surroundings from the private balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs for relaxation.

All the rooms are spacious, boasting 41 square meters each, so there’s no need to worry about being assigned to a smaller room.

The room design exudes Western elegance. Soft lighting enhances the ambiance, while exquisite furniture adds a touch of sophistication.

With a spacious 41 square meters, the room easily accommodates multiple large suitcases without feeling cramped. Additionally, there are plenty of charging outlets throughout the room, ensuring all your devices can stay powered up.

I particularly loved the sliding door wardrobe. Its large mirrored design not only makes the room feel more spacious but also allows for convenient touch-ups and full-body outfit checks. Inside the wardrobe, there’s also a safe for storing valuables, adding an extra layer of security and convenience to the room.

Mini bar

The in-room minibar offers drinking water and coffee at no extra charge. However, the provided instant noodles are available for an additional fee of 40 THB.

If you’d prefer not to dine out, you can simply scan the code to order room service. The service hours are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the last order being taken at 8:30 PM.

The bathroom is just as impressive, with lots of space and separate areas for wet and dry use. Its modern design with light-colored tiles gives it a bright, airy vibe. A standout feature is the big bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day of vacation fun. Plus, there’s a walk-in shower, making it super convenient and comfortable.

The bathrobes are conveniently placed in the bathroom, and the selection of toiletries is impressive. Besides shampoo, they thoughtfully provide conditioner and lotion. This is especially considerate, given that Thailand’s water or seawater can sometimes make hair frizzy, so having conditioner on hand is a lovely touch.

One minor inconvenience is the design of the bathroom’s glass window. Even though there are curtains that can be drawn, there are still some gaps, which can make using the bathroom feel a bit awkward.

Fresh and Delicious: A Western, Eastern, and Thai Buffet Breakfast

Breakfast is served at the ZEN KOJI restaurant on the first floor of the Zen Building. It’s a great idea to book a room with breakfast included, as it offers better value.

Breakfast Hours

Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Upon entering the restaurant, simply provide your room number and then feel free to choose any seat you like.

The restaurant’s design is equally charming, blending modern elements with a natural, minimalist style. Vertical wooden slats and natural light come together to enhance the depth and warmth of the interior.

Window seats are especially popular as they offer the perfect spot to enjoy your meal while taking in the beautiful views outside. During my stay, which coincided with a Thai holiday, I noticed that the restaurant was filled not only with international tourists but also many local Thai guests.

The breakfast is buffet-style, offering a wide variety of choices, including Chinese, Western, and Thai cuisines. With such a diverse selection, there’s something to satisfy every palate.

At first, I was a bit concerned after reading some of the mixed reviews about breakfast online. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it actually was. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations, making for a very enjoyable meal experience.

The Southeast Asian-style fried rice noodles and curry rice were far more impressive than the Western-style bread. The fried rice noodles had a delightful chewiness, enhanced by unique spices and sauces. The curry was rich and flavorful, perfectly complemented by Thai rice, making for a mouth-watering start to the day.

The salad bar offers a fresh and diverse selection of ingredients. From various vegetables and fruits to an assortment of nuts and toppings.

The outdoor area features freshly cooked eggs and Thai boat noodles. The variety of eggs is impressive, offering options like omelets, fried eggs, and onsen eggs. You can watch the chefs prepare your eggs just the way you like them.

One of the must-try dishes in Thailand is the Thai boat noodles! The freshly cooked rice noodles, paired with a clear and sweet broth, simple minced meat, and fish balls, may seem unassuming. However, among the many breakfast options, this dish stands out as one of the most memorable for me.

You can customize your Thai boat noodles by adding fish sauce, sugar, chili, and other seasonings to suit your personal taste. This flexibility allows you to create your perfect flavor combination.
